Genelec USA Artist Room Welcomes Dolphin Hyperspace

As part of its ongoing series of connecting with artists and developing dedicated in-house content, the Genelec Experience Center in Boston was thrilled to host Dolphin Hyperspace, a dynamic Los Angeles-based electro-jazz duo that electrifies audiences with their unique fusion of modern jazz, electronic beats, and vibrant improvisation. Led by saxophonist Nicole McCabe and bassist Logan Kane, the duo crafts a soundscape where rollicking synths collide with unhinged dance rhythms, creating an unforgettable auditory adventure.

The session at the Genelec USA Artist Room captured a captivating live performance and interview, touching on how the duo developed the project, their creative and sonic goals, the process behind their music’s composition, comparing and contrasting the studio and live experience, their love of Genelec monitors and more.

“On behalf of Genelec Inc. and the entire Experience Center staff, we want to thank Nicole and Logan for taking time out of their East Coast tour to join us at the Artist Room here in Natick, Massachusetts,” stated Paul Stewart. “We love their fearless approach to composition and improvisation, and we admire how they have crafted something danceable and accessible, but highly adventurous artistically.”
